Overview
On this accelerated Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer course, you’ll learn how to plan, design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot an integrated communications solution within your organisation.
In just 2 days, you’ll build knowledge on deploying and configuring Microsoft Teams Phone with PSTN connectivity through Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Teams Calling Plans. You’ll also become responsible for:
- Managing Teams-certified devices, audio/video conferencing, and voice migration
- Collaborating with telephony providers and third-party vendors to enable advanced voice features in Microsoft Teams
- Working with administrators for other workloads, including networking, identity, licensing, security, and compliance
At the end of this course, you’ll sit Exam MS-720: Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer.
To attain the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert certification, Delegates must also earn the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate certification.
