On this accelerated WS-013T00-A: Azure Stack HCI course, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge in managing, deploying and implementing an on-premises Windows Server environment into your business.

In just 2 days, you’ll build the necessary skills to run a Windows Server software-defined datacenter, Azure Stack HCI, as well as other Azure Stack products. You’ll also build knowledge in:

Implementing a Storage Spaced Direct cluster by using Windows PowerShell
The four specific components of SDN available in Azure Stack HCI; Switch Embedded Teaming (SET), Software Load Balancing (SLB), Datacenter Firewall, and RAS Gateways
Point-to-Site (P2S) VPN connection to an Azure virtual network, with Azure Network Adapter

Prerequisites

Before attending this accelerated course, you should have experience in:

Managing Windows Server operating systems and Windows Server virtualized workloads in on-premises scenarios
Common Windows Server management tools (implied by the first prerequisite)
Implementing and managing Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) services in Microsoft Azure

And knowledge in:

Core Microsoft compute, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies
Windows Server–based compute and storage high-availability technologies
Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
Microsoft virtualization security-related technologies
PowerShell scripting and PowerShell Desired State Configuration (DSC)
