On this accelerated APMG Agile Project Management Foundation course, you’ll gain a thorough understanding of the DSDM Agile Project Management framework and how it can support your business' growth and productivity.
In just 3 days, you’ll build knowledge on the philosophy, principles and lifecycle of an Agile project. You’ll also learn the:
- Products produced during an Agile project and their purpose.
- Techniques used and their benefits and limitations.
- Roles and responsibilities within an Agile project
At the end of this course, you’ll sit the APMG Agile Project Management Foundation exam to achieve your certifications.

Exam Track
As part of your accelerated course, you’ll sit the following exam at the Firebrand Training centre, covered by your Certification Guarantee:
APMG Agile Project Manager Foundation exam
- Format: Multiple-choice
- Number of questions: 50
- Passing score: 50%
- Duration: 40 minutes
The validity period for all APMG exams will be limited to 12 months from the booking date. Requests to reschedule within this period will be accepted in the usual way, but extensions beyond this period will not be possible.
