On this accelerated ITIL 4 Specialist Drive Stakeholder Value course, you'll build knowledge across the types of engagement and interaction between a service provider and their customers, users, suppliers and partners.

You'll focus on the conversion of demand into value through IT-enabled services. In just 1 day, you'll also learn how to increase your business' stakeholder satisfaction through:
