On this accelerated ITIL 4 Specialist Create, Deliver and Support course, you’ll discover how to integrate different value streams to create, deliver and support products.

In just 2 days, you’ll learn about service performance and quality to create innovative and reliable services as improvement methods to your business. You’ll also build knowledge across:

  • Value streams and their relationship with ITIL
  • The concepts and challenges that relate to organisational structure, team capabilities, roles, and culture across the SVS
  • The concepts and challenges of buy versus build considerations, sourcing options, and service integration management (SIAM)
