Overview

The accelerated ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy certification is a unique course that explores the enabling of business success through the creation of digital and IT strategies. The content of this learning programme demonstrates how digital and IT strategy can help to shape, influence and drive strategic business decisions and organisational change, in line with the agile and evolving customer and business landscape and provides guidance about crafting a digital vision and shaping IT and business strategies.

On this course you will gain guidance about crafting a digital vision and shaping IT and business strategies. Digital and IT Strategy will be invaluable for leaders across your organization, including directors, department heads, and aspiring C-Suite professionals. The course will enable both developing a deeper learning around strategic concepts and allowing delegates to prepare for a series of mandatory in-course assessed assignments. These assignments are a crucial element of the learning programme and are designed to allow delegates to demonstrate they have grasped the key digital and IT strategy principles and that they can apply them to the associated AXELOS issued case study. This case study will be supplied to delegates as part of the pre-course work so enabling a smooth start to the first day of the learning programme.
