On your accelerated CCNA Data Centre certification course you'll develop the skills and knowledge to install, maintain and design Cisco data centres.

Introducing Cisco Data Center Networking (DCICN) 6.0
In the first part of this course you will cover foundational knowledge, skills, and technologies covering network protocols and host-to-host communication, data center networking concepts and technologies, data centre storage networking, and Cisco UCS architecture.

- Module 2: Basic Data Centre Networking Concepts

Upon completion of this accelerated course, you will be able to:
- Identfy and decribe data centre network protocols and host-to-host communication
- Describe foundation data centre networking concepts
- Use the Cisco NX-OS command line interface, implementing VLANs, trunks, and port channels
- Describe advanced data centre networking concepts, implement multilayer switching, and perform basic configuration: protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP); AAA on Cisco NX-OS devices and secure remote administration; and access control lists
- Describe and compare basic data centre storage connectivity options and configure VSANs
- Describe advanced data centre storage
- Configure zoning, NPV mode, and NPIV on Cisco Nexus and Cisco MDS Switches
- Identify the components of Cisco UCS architecture and use the Cisco UCS Manager GUI
Introducing Cisco Data Center Networking Technologies (DCICT) 6.0
In the second part of this accelerated course, you will cover foundational knowledge, skills, and technologies covering data centre network virtualisation, unified computing, data centre automation and orchestration, and Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (Cisco ACI).
The hands-on lab exercises will help you develop the skills to configure features on Cisco Nexus Operating System (Cisco NX-OS), Cisco Unified Computing System (Cisco UCS), and Cisco UCS Director.

Passing both DCICN and DCICT exams means you will achieve the CCNA Data Centre qualification. You will be prepared for and sit these exams on-site during the course, covered by your Certification Guarantee:
Exam 200-150 DCICN - Introducing Cisco Data Center Networking
This exam will test your knowledge of data centre physical infrastructure, data centre networking concepts, and data centre storage networking.

Prerequisites
There are no official prerequisites for this course. It is however recommended that you attend the DCICN (Introducing Cisco Data Centre Networking) followed by DCICT (Introducing Cisco Data Centre technologies) course and have:
- A good understanding of networking protocols
- A good understanding of the VMware environment
- Basic computer literacy
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Basic Internet usage skills
