Overview

On this accelerated PM² Advanced Certification course, you’ll learn the concepts of the PM² Methodology, both at an individual concept level, but also at the level where interrelations and interdependencies exist.

In just 2 days, you’ll learn to promote a common project management methodology and vocabulary for the effective management of projects within and across organisations and learn the fundamentals of initiating, planning, executing and closing phases of projects and describe activities to monitor and control project performance. You’ll also build knowledge on:

IPMA-ICB

At the end of this course, you’ll sit the PM² Advanced Certification exam, and achieve your certification. Through Firebrand’s Lecture | Lab | Review methodology, you’ll get access to courseware, learn from certified instructors, and train in a distraction-free environment.
