Overview

On this 1-day Microsoft Cloud Workshop: Microservices & Serverless Architecture (Infrastructure Edition), you'll learn skills to implement scale and resiliency with Service Fabric.

Your expert Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), will guide you through implementing an architecture to handle traffic spikes and apply smooth updates or roll back failing updates for online concert ticket vendors built on top of Service Fabric. You'll use Azure Active Directory B2C to add user registration and login capabilities and ensure your architecture can handle unexpected traffic spikes through load testing and partition monitoring.

During the workshop, you'll also learn to:

• Enable Serverless solutions with Azure Functions
• Control API access with API Management
• Provide query flexibility with Cosmos DB
• Automatically rollback a faulty upgrade
• Perform load tests against a Service Fabric cluster, including with partitions
