Why you need to learn ITIL Service Capability

ITIL is the framework for IT service delivery. If your organisation is implementing ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library®), it's time to learn how to deliver this IT service. Including the relevant IT practices, tasks and procedures tailored to your organisation.

You'll pass this ITIL V3 Intermediate Level: Service Capability - Operational Support and Analysis certification course 20% faster than traditional training. Plus the course is delivered by ITIL consultants - experts who work with ITIL on a daily basis. Your training consultant will help you:

  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Improve service availability and turnaround times
  • Improve time-to-market for your products

Build your own course

This certification course is worth four ITIL credits towards the ITIL® Expert qualification.

We run more than ten ITIL courses, including Foundation, Service Capability, Service Lifecycle and Managing Across the Lifecycle. You can build your own ITIL course, based on your specific requirements. Speak to us to see how you can learn ITIL at twice the speed.
