Skills Bootcamps with The University of Hull

Firebrand Skills Bootcamps are partnering with The University of Hull to encourage women to embark on a Cyber Security career. Given the increasing frequency and complexity of cyber threats, the need for talent in this field has never been greater.

The University of Hull is renowned for its commitment to innovation and academic excellence. With a strong emphasis on practical, industry-focused learning, the university equips its students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

The University of Hull has partnered with a Firebrand to run a Skills Bootcamp in Cyber Technician. This intensive programme is open to all women over the age of 19 who have the right to live and work in the UK.

Why should I apply?

By completing a Skills Bootcamp with Firebrand, you’ll receive an interview with the University of Hull for roles within the university, based in Hull.

This is how it works:

• Complete your 12-week online training program with Firebrand, which is fully funded by the UK Government and Skills for Life initiative;
• Receive industry-recognised certifications and six months of employment support from Firebrand;
• Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to interview for a position with the University of Hull;
• Skills Bootcamps in partnership with the University of Hull will be running from June 2023.
