Just some of the key findings:
- Supply chain salaries and compensation are up around the world, with overall compensation growing by an average of 12%;
- The pay gap for women and people of color is narrowing at public companies;
- Two-thirds of supply chain professionals now work in a hybrid or permanent work-from-home setting, proving that many supply chain professionals do not need to be on-site;
- Supply chain professionals have been minimally impacted by the Great Resignation and post-pandemic reshuffle that has been common in other industries;
- The value of professional development continues to grow, as employees with just one certification, certificate or credential earn 17% more than those without. APICS certification is particularly in demand, as people with at least one APICS certification earn 25% more than those without;
- People love their supply chain jobs, as professionals continue to report high job satisfaction even after such a difficult year as 2022.
