Ed Baker's Story

I attended Wyboston in February 2010 to take the 9 day Server 2008 & Windows 7 courses. It was a complete revelation and utterly different from any training experience I have ever had. I passed 4 out of 6 exams and returned 3 months later to finish the others.

I was convinced this was my future and decided I wanted to become an MCT and be awesome like my trainer had been. To cut a very long story short, within 2 years I was working at Firebrand as a full-time trainer.

I then became a Microsoft Technical Evangelist and as of 2017 I now run my own Training and Consultancy business and have been appointed an MCT Regional Lead for the UK, a Microsoft MVP for Enterprise Mobility and a Microsoft OneDrive Expert. Quite some story and quite some journey and the journey continues.
