Overview

On this accelerated CMMC-AB Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Kickstart course, you’ll gain fundamental knowledge surrounding the CMMC ecosystem - ideal if your organisation is preparing for life under CMMC.

In just 1 day, you’ll learn to identify the central elements that make up the CMMC initiative and how it is driven. You’ll also learn to:

• Describe the architecture of the CMMC Model and the rationale behind it
• Use the Assessment Guides to prepare your organisation for a successful CMMC assessment
• Identify the roles and responsibilities in the CMMC ecosystem and during an assessment

The CMMC is a Department of Defense (DoD) programme that measures the effectiveness of your organisations cybersecurity programme by referring to the initial and ongoing compliance with relevant cyber security practices, as well as integration of reciprocal policies and plans for your business plan.

Is your organisation ready?

By fiscal year 2026, all organisations who provide services or products to the U.S. DoD must obtain at minimum the Maturity Level 1 CMMC certification.

This course will help you and your organisation understand and prepare for the impact of CMMC and the aforementioned policy changes.

All contractors including sub-contractors of the Department of Defense (DoD) will be required to undertake some form of CMMC training.
