Prerequisites

Firebrand recommend you have:

A working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and/or 2015
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Powershell and Office 365
Awareness of basic sales and marketing roles
Knowledge of basic customer service concepts and practices
Some knowledge of basic Microsoft Dynamics CRM record types
