[UPDATE: Monday 11th January 2021]
Firebrand Training are committed to helping you achieve your certification as fast as possible, and as safe as possible.
This page is your source for the most up-to-date Covid-19 information, and how Firebrand are delivering and operating courses in a secure environment.
As consequence to the UK Government’s national lockdown announcement on Wednesday 6th January 2021, at Firebrand we have made the decision to close the Training Centre at Wyboston Lakes.
All courses will now be delivered via OIL (Online Instructor-Led), including the taking of exams.
Once we are able to open the centre again, there will still be absolutely no pressure on any student to attend training in the classroom. If you have any questions, or would like to discuss our free reschedules policy, please speak to your Firebrand account manager.
Once we are able to reopen, we will implement our COVID-19 training centre policy. Measures include:
We also recommend you take individual measures as per official guidance - wash your hands carefully and constantly, and notify our staff immediately should you feel unwell
You can also check out the Firebrand Training Centre blog which provides also thorough and constant updates on the measures we are taking to deliver our in-classroom courses.
If you’re due to attend a course, we encourage you to self-assess before traveling. If you have a cough or any other symptoms of COVID-19, we kindly ask you to follow the official advice from the government and stay at home. Contact us as soon as possible so we can assess your options.
If you’re already training with us, rest assured that our staff are here to help. Should you have any concerns while at the training centre, please reach out to Firebrand’s front desk.
