Overview

In just 3-days, upgrade your skills to MCSA: SQL Server 2016 Database Administration. This course is aimed at MCSA: SQL Server 2012/14 certified professionals.

You'll develop the knowledge and skills to provision a Microsoft SQL Server 2016 database. You’ll focus on SQL Server 2016 provision on premise, as well as in Azure. This includes installing from new and migrating from an existing install.

Your Microsoft Certified Trainer will immerse you in Microsoft Official Curriculum and practical lab exercises. This, in combination with Firebrand's unique Lecture | Lab | Review approach, will help you retain knowledge and prepare you to apply your new found skills in the real world, including:

  • The efficient provision of an SQL Server 2016 database server
  • Upgrading, configuring and managing an SQL Server database
  • Performing advanced database maintenance

You'll also be prepared to sit exam 70-765: Provisioning SQL Databases. You'll sit this as part of the course, covered by your Certification Guarantee.

This course is aimed at those who administer and maintain SQL Server databases or work in an environment that requires a well-developed understanding of databases.
