On this Microsoft Applied Skills - Migrate SQL Server workloads to Azure SQL Database course, also known as DP-3001, you’ll demonstrate the ability to assess and migrate SQL Server workloads to Azure SQL Database.

In just 1 day, you'll learn how to assess SQL Server components and compatibility for migration using the Azure SQL Migration Extension and Database Migration Assistant. This training guides you through the process of provisioning and configuring Azure SQL Database resources. You gain hands-on experience in choosing the best migration option to meet business requirements for downtime, handling migration state, and monitoring database migration.

Additionally, you'll also learn to perform post-migration tasks like disaster recovery and monitoring for Azure SQL Database. These skills are essential for ensuring a smooth, efficient transition to Azure SQL Database, and maintaining its operation post-migration.

You will:

Configure a secure connection between an Azure Container Registry and an ACA
Create and configure a container app in Azure Container Apps
Configure continuous integration by using Azure Pipelines
Scale a deployed app in Azure Container Apps
Manage revisions in Azure Container Apps

At the end of this course, you’ll have the option to complete the Microsoft Applied Skills assessment lab, and earn your Microsoft Applied Skills - Migrate SQL Server workloads to Azure SQL Database credential.

Prerequisites
