On this accelerated two day ITIL Practitioner course, you’ll focus on Continual Service Improvement (CSI) - a fundamental lifecycle stage in ITIL - and prove you can apply ITIL concepts effectively in your organisation.

Whereas ITIL Foundation introduces relevant ITIL concepts, the ITIL Practitioner certification will teach you how to adopt and adapt ITIL within your organisation.

You’ll also learn how to:

  • Leverage Continual Service Improvement to boost the benefit of ITIL
  • Improve ability of individuals to use ITIL in day-to-day roles
  • Use automation, real-time reporting and the cloud to improve service design and delivery
