Overview
On this accelerated HDI Certified Instructor (HDI-CI) course, you will learn how to effectively deliver HDI certification and training courses,you will be able to facilitate any courses that you are certified in, bringing your training in-house and reducing costs for your business.
In just 3 days, you’ll learn HDI concepts and best practices, while also learning successful facilitation techniques. You’ll also build knowledge on:
- Creating an optimal learning environment
- Instructor presentation skills and tips
- Icebreakers, energisers and classroom management
At the end of this course, you’ll become a HDI Certified Instructor. Through Firebrand’s Lecture | Lab | Review methodology, you’ll get access to courseware, learn from certified instructors, and train in a distraction-free environment.
