Overview

On this accelerated APMG International Praxis Framework™ Practitioner course, you will learn to apply and tailor the Praxis Framework™ to your organisation’s projects or programmes.

This Praxis Framework™ Practitioner Course is designed for individuals who have already completed the Praxis Framework™ Foundation Course and want to learn how to apply the principles of Praxis Framework™ in practice.

In just 2 days, you’ll learn:

Deliver projects and programmes successfully utilising a comprehensive framework.
Perform as a highly responsive project or programme manager – able to implement the framework at any stage of delivery.
Understand project and programme functions plus the processes and documentation used to manage lifecycle phases.
Develop and maintain an effective project or programme delivery infrastructure in a decreased timescale.
Apply and tailor Praxis to your organisation by inserting your own process model, templates and content into the framework.

At the end of this course, you’ll sit the APMG exam, and achieve your Praxis Framework™ Practitioner certification. Through Firebrand’s Lecture | Lab | Review methodology, you’ll get certified at twice the speed of the traditional training and get access to courseware, learn from certified instructors, and train in a distraction-free environment.

Successful candidates will be entitled to a free Professional Assessment at Business Agility Professional Level 1 – Explorer.

Module 2: How to apply the roles, functions, techniques and processes to a project and programme scenario.
Module 3: How to create and assess project and programme documents for a given scenario.

Exam Track

At the end of this accelerated course, you’ll sit the following exam at the Firebrand Training centre, covered Certification Guarantee:

Praxis Framework™ Practitioner exam

Duration: 2 ½ hours duration
Format: Complex multiple-choice questions, Open book (only the Praxis Framework™ can be referred to)
Number of questions: XXX
Passing score: 50% pass mark (40 marks out of 80)
