Overview

On this accelerated APMG International Facilitation Training and Certification Practitioner is provided in conjunction with Creative Consulting and Training Ltd, an APMG accredited training organisation, and as part of this course you will learn to apply facilitation principles to small groups as you work on real tasks and cultivate the key skills and deep knowledge of the principles and concepts involved in effective facilitation.

On average we spend four hours in meetings a week and deem two thirds of this unnecessary*. Topics discussed in unproductive meetings and workshops that fail to meet objectives often need to be revisited, further decreasing productivity.
