Overview
On this accelerated APM Project Professional course, you'll gain an understanding of professional project management capabilities, covering the core and specific competencies required across all areas of project management.
In just 4 days, you'll gain knowledge of all project management necessities as well as understanding the following:
- Effective leadership and management
- Project life cycles
- Stakeholder management
At the end of this course, you’ll sit the APM Project Professional exam, and achieve your certification. Exam Track
As part of this accelerated course, you’ll sit the following exam at the Firebrand Training centre, covered by your Certification Guarantee:
APM Project Professional exam
- Duration: 2 hours and 35 minutes
- Passing score: 60%
- Language: English
- Format:
- Pre-seen case study divided into 3 parts, context of the case study is sent to candidates four weeks prior to their assessment date
- Requires the candidate to take on the role of project manager in the pre-seen case study
- Scenario assessment
- Oral exam
- Written report
