APM - Project Management Qualification

On this accelerated APM Project Management course, you will increase your knowledge of project management, including budgeting and cost management, conflict management, communication, earned value management, leadership, negotiation, procurement, sponsorship and teamwork.

In just 2 days, you will also understand how each element of project management affects the others and how they fit together strategically and commercially.

At the end of this course, you’ll sit the APM Project Management exam, and achieve your APM PMQ certification. As part of this accelerated course, you’ll sit one of the following exams at the Firebrand Training centre, covered by your Certification Guarantee:

There are two examination routes for the qualification:

• A three-hour paper where candidates must answer 10/16 questions

OR

• For PRINCE2® Registered Practitioners a two-hour paper that recognises prior learning. In this paper candidates must answer 6/10 questions

There are no formal prerequisites for this accelerated course, you should typically have some project management knowledge.

It is also the ideal next step for anyone holding the APM Project Fundamentals (PFQ) certification.
