Firebrand learners recognised at BCS Apprenticeship Awards 2024!

Massive congratulations to our Apprenticeship learners Molly, Dillon, and Jordan for being recognised at the BCS IT & Digital Apprenticeship Awards 2024!

Drum-roll:

Molly Macuras is the Winner of the Cyber Apprentice of the Year category; Dillon Bose was Highly Commended and Jordan Ball received Special Recognition in the same category.

Our learners absolutely dominated the Cyber Security awards, making their Learning Mentors Zaira Martinez-Delgado and Eben Okai incredibly proud.

“It's always a pleasure to see hard-working apprentices getting recognised!” Eben told us.

To receive these awards, learners had to pass a rigorous nomination and selection process, excelling both as students and as employed apprentices. The nominations consisted of tangible evidence that they met and exceeded this standard, including quotes from their employers and peers.

“All three learners received fantastic mentoring support from their organisations! Their In-Work Mentors were really pleased with the programme,” Zaira said.

“One learner at a time, we were reminded of the transformative power of apprenticeships, witnessing the impact on their careers and future.

“The best part? We are rewarded each time one of our learners unlocks their potential, so this was the perfect occasion to celebrate all the hard work that is behind the scenes 👏”
