Understanding the concepts of responsibility and accountability in the context of solution implementation; Why, when, and how to influence decision-making when choosing a solution; Promoting diversity and inclusion in business relationships; Effectively assessing strengths and weaknesses of proposed solutions; Conceptualising and understanding workplace culture and its effects on solution implementation.

• Passing score: 65% (26/40)

Before attending this course, you should:

• Be in an IT role with some experience of working with different teams across the business.
• Must have successfully completed the BCS Practitioner Awards in Leading with an IT Mindset, Collaborating with Business Teams, and Business Skills for the IT Professional to be eligible for the Being an IT Business Partner Award.

Individuals who successfully complete their first examination of any BCS qualification will qualify for a free one-year Professional BCS Membership.
