Ex-soldiers, police officers, and nurses can kickstart an IT career this spring by applying to Skills Bootcamps.
Life after service doesn't have to be uncertain.
Working in partnership with the FDM Group Ex-Forces Career Programme, we will deliver Software Engineering Skills Bootcamps (Python) starting next month. Bootcamp candidates will have the opportunity to interview for employment from July 2023 onwards.
The FDM Group Ex-Forces Career Programme supports former military personnel to reskill for the tech industry.
Our Skills Bootcamps are open to:
- Ex-Police and Blue-Light personnel
- Ex-Military
- Military Spouses and Partners
- Service Leavers
- Serving Reservists
- Veterans
The Skills Bootcamps last for 12 weeks and are free of charge.
Upon completion, learners receive:
- industry-recognised certification,
- an interview opportunity for FDM's Ex-Forces Programme,
- and six months of career support from Firebrand.
