This accelerated course helps you develop the skills you need to apply the PRINCE2® principles and methodology to support the internal Project Management of your business.
This accelerated course is best suited to you if you work within a structured project environment, but this is not essential.

Delegates can take the course at our distraction-free training facility at Wyboston Lakes, Bedfordshire (accommodations & meals included), or online, through instructor-led training.

PRINCE2® 6th Edition Foundation:
- Key concepts relating to projects and PRINCE2®
- Understand how the PRINCE2® principles underpin the PRINCE2® method
- Understand the PRINCE2® themes and how they are applied throughout the project
PRINCE2® 6th Edition Practitioner:
- Apply the PRINCE2® principles in context
- Apply and tailor relevant aspects of PRINCE2® themes in context
- Apply (and tailor) relevant aspects of PRINCE2® processes in context
Does this course include an exam?
Yes. As part of this accelerated course, delegates can sit two official certifications — PRINCE2® 6th Edition Foundation Exam and PRINCE2® 6th Edition Practitioner Exam — at the Firebrand Training Centre and return to work certified!
