Accelerate 2023 — A great time with colleagues from around the world!

#FBF Last Friday was our biggest company event of the year, Accelerate 2023! Firebrand colleagues from around the world travelled to Birmingham, UK—great to see you all!

Accelerate 2023 was a great time to see everyone again, from our Firebrands in the UK to DACH, BeNeLux, and Nordics.

The day began with a series of informative and engaging presentations by members of our Senior Leadership Team celebrating this year's success in all our regions and setting ambitious goals for 2024. We were thrilled to be joined by representatives from the BPP Education Group too and #Open to hear their ideas!

In the afternoon, we took part in a competitive teambuilding challenge that really brought out the #Hunger and #Care in our team. We carried on into the evening with a dinner and celebration embracing our #Fun side in fancy dress!

This year's theme was Time-Travel! It was amazing to see gladiators, kings, famous scientists, and pop culture characters hit the dancefloor together until the small hours. There was a costume competition too, won by a spot-on rendition of Mr. T from The A-Team!

Accelerate was a great team huddle that once again reminded us of our core Firebrand values:
