Utter nonsense?

How can it cost any amount of money that you would consider "significant" to remove data from an export out of presumably a database? Consider how this data would be on those CD's. CSV (common seperated values), excel, SQL, word, tab separated even a propriertary format. Someone must have "burnt" the disks and presumably had an application at their dispo
