National Apprenticeship Week 2023 — Lloyds Celebration of Achievement Event

Our colleague Natalie Wilson, Director of Client Services, and Kathryn Marshall, Senior Manager Apprenticeships Lloyds Banking Group, hosted a Celebration of Achievement event on the first day of National Apprenticeship Week 2023.

The event celebrated the 44 learners who achieved apprenticeships at Lloyds Banking Group during 2022 — an outstanding achievement.

Participants heard from Sarah Chowdhury, Head of Workforce Planning and Capability on the exciting future plans for IT and Digital, whilst Niro K., Director of Operations, proudly presented the roll of honour.

"It's a privilege to work with Lloyds Banking Group to see how their commitment and dedication to apprenticeships really makes a difference to their organisation. They develop colleagues to inspire others, and become true ambassadors for apprenticeships," Natalie said.
