This course teaches participants to craft effective prompts for Microsoft Copilot within Microsoft 365 apps such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, and Chat.

Develop Generative AI Solutions with Azure OpenAI Service — 26 June
If you're a Developer, Data Scientist, or IT professional familiar with Azure and app development with C# or Python, this course would be very useful!
This intensive one-day course will teach you to use Azure's OpenAI Service to build intelligent applications capable of Natural Language Processing.
The course will take you through:
- deploying an Azure OpenAI resource and an Azure OpenAI model
- applying prompt engineering techniques by using Azure OpenAI
- generating and improving code by using Azure OpenAI
- generating images with DALL-E in Azure OpenAI
- using Azure OpenAI on your data
Configure SIEM Security Operations using Microsoft Sentinel — 27 June
This course is for IT professionals responsible for configuring and managing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) operations, including Security Analysts and Administrators.
To attend this course, you need to be familiar with Microsoft Security, the Azure portal, and Azure administration including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
The course helps you develop the skills you need to configure and operate SIEM using Microsoft Sentinel.
It will take you through:
- creating and configuring a Microsoft Sentinel workspace
- deploying a Microsoft Sentinel content hub solution
- configuring analytics rules and automation in Microsoft Sentinel
- threat detection using Microsoft Sentinel.
Build Collaborative Apps for Microsoft Teams — 28 June
Last but not least, a second course aimed at Developers and IT professionals who need to extend Microsoft Teams functionalities through custom app development.
This course shows you how to create custom applications for Microsoft Teams, especially apps that enhance collaboration, such as bots, tabs, message extensions, and webhooks.
The course takes you through:
- building conversational bots that interact with users through text and interactive cards
- developing message extensions to integrate external services into Microsoft Teams workflows
- creating tabs within Teams to provide rich embedded web experiences
- using webhooks to connect web services directly to Teams, facilitating data flow and interactions
- employing Microsoft Graph API to access and manipulate Microsoft 365 data from custom Teams applications
- deploying Teams apps on Microsoft Azure using the Teams Toolkit
To attend this course, you should be familiar with REST services and APIs; programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js are highly recommended.
