Overview

Prerequisites
The following are beneficial, though not necessary:
- Experience of working with, or implementing, a SAP® Customer Relationship Management/CRM system or other enterprise CRM system
- Understanding of customer account management and the business principles involved, such as customer transaction processing, customer pricing and customer billing
- Understanding of the business processes involved in customer relationship management, including the areas of customer sales, customer marketing, customer services and customer analytics and reporting
- Familiarisation with web client user interfaces for customers, or similar applications, and the business processes and functionality involved
- Familiarisation with customer relationship management principles such as customer interaction and customer interaction channels, including channel partner management
- Familiarisation with the concept of customer relationship types, such as business partners
