Before attending this accelerated course, you should have 6 months of experience with ServiceNow. It is also recommended that you have:

• Experience with database concepts and system management
• Experience in a system administrator role and/or access to ServiceNow administrative applications and modules
• Knowledge of IT Help Desk processes and the incident, problem, and change workflows
• 3-6 months experience using and/or maintaining a ServiceNow instance
