Overview
On this accelerated 4 day MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure (Big Data Analytics Solutions) course, you’ll learn the skills to design and implement big data analytics solutions on Microsoft Azure.

This course is an elective for the Microsoft MCSE: Data Management and Analytics
The Designing and Implementing Big Data Analytics Solutions course is best suited for data management professionals in roles like Data Architect or Data Scientist. Specifically those who design big data analytics on Microsoft Azure.
Passing exam 70-475 previously resulted in achieving Microsoft Specialist: Designing and Implementing Big Data Analytics Solutions certification.
Microsoft retired the Specialist credential on 31 March, 2017. The exams remain available and where applicable will count towards the relevant existing MCSA, MCSE or MCSD certification.

This accelerated course will cover the following:
Design big data batch processing and interactive solutions:
- Ingest data for batch and interactive processing, design and provision compute clusters, design for data security, design for batch processing, design interactive queries for big data
Design big data real-time processing solutions:
- Ingest data for real-time processing, design and provision compute resources, design for lambda architecture, design for real-time processing
Design machine-learning solutions:
- Create and manage experiments, determine when to pre-process or train inside Machine Learning Studio, select input/output types, apply custom processing steps with R and Python, publish web services
Operationalise end-to-end cloud analytics solutions:
- Create a data factory, orchestrate data processing activities in a data-driven workflow, monitor and manage the data factory, move, transform and analyse data
