Overview
On this accelerated BCS Foundation Certificate in Organisational Behaviour course, you’ll build the commercial and organisational knowledge needed to carry out effective business analysis.
In just 2 days, you’ll learn the principles, behaviours and cultures that help with the existence and functioning of organisations. You’ll expand your knowledge on business finance and financial reporting, as well as in:
- Operating models
- Group formation
- Project finance
At the end of this course, you’ll sit the BCS Foundation Certificate in Organisational Behaviour exam, and achieve your certification.
