Overview
On this accelerated BCS Foundation Certificate in Agile course, you’ll build knowledge in the concepts surrounding Agile and how the framework can support your business' growth, productivity and efficiency.
In just 3 days, you’ll learn the constructs of the Agile framework to use in various situations, which will help you uphold an effective Agile team, including implementing the Agile mindset, roles in Agile teams and common Agile practices. You’ll also build knowledge in:
- The factors that drive Agile adoption
- The Agile Manifesto
- The practical application of Agile
At the end of this course, you’ll sit the BCS Foundation Certificate in Agile exam, and achieve your certification.
