On this accelerated BCS: BCS EXIN Foundation Certificate in Agile Scrum course, you’ll gain a unique certification that combines Agile service management techniques and Scrum development frameworks.

This course provides a unique learning pathway designed to support a holistic approach to effectively embed Agile practices across an organisation. This Agile certificate provides the widest curriculum from Agile and Lean, and offers the knowledge, tools and capability for people to better manage change and deliver products and services.

BCS EXIN Foundation Certificate in Agile Scrum shows a candidate’s knowledge of Agile principles and the Scrum framework. Agile and Scrum are about working together to successfully reach the goal. Agile principles are popular in software development and are increasingly being used in other areas. Scrum practices include establishing cross-functional and self-managing teams, producing a working increment of software at the end of each iteration or Sprint.

In just 2 days, you’ll learn the Agile way of thinking. You’ll also learn:

  • How to monitor Scrum projects
  • Advanced Scrum projects

At the end of this course, you’ll sit the BCS exam, and achieve your BCS EXIN Foundation Certificate in Agile Scrum certification.
