The MCITP certifications demonstrate your expertise in performing a particular IT job role, such as Server Administrator or Enterprise Messaging Admin.
MCITP certifications are based on older versions of Microsoft technology and most of them have been replaced by the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certifications

Don’t lose the investment in your qualification, upgrade your MCITP to a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification and step even higher on the career ladder.
