"I thought our trainer was great and will look forward to doing more advanced course with him. It is nice to have information that is not sanitised by the restrictions of policy and then consider ways to create SOPs that mean doing the job is more achievable."

"A great instructor who is able to engage the class and provide real world context to the training. I always take away useful operational learning which I can apply directly into the workplace. There 100% needs to be one of these for III Managers as this is a world which is very under-understood!"
