- Apply and evaluate the focus areas to a project in an agile context
- Fix and flex the six aspects of a project in an agile context
- Apply and tailor the PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and management products to a project within an agile context
- Learn through the use of theory and practical exercises
- Prepare for the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam

Prerequisites
Before taking this accelerated course, you'll need to have one of the following certifications:
- PRINCE2 5th Edition (Foundation or Practitioner)
- PRINCE2 6th Edition (Foundation or Practitioner)
- PRINCE2 Agile Foundation
- Project Management Qualification (PMQ)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- IPMA Levels A,B,C and D (Certified Projects Director)

Firebrand Training is an immersive training environment. You must be committed to the course. The above prerequisites are guidelines, but many students with less experience have other background or traits that have enabled their success in accelerated training through Firebrand Training.
