SAFe - Certified SAFe for Government Practitioner

Overview

On this Certified SAFe for Government Practitioner course, you’ll learn the process of transitioning government programmes from traditional software and systems development models, to Lean-Agile and DevOps mindset, principles, and practices using SAFe.

In just 2 days, you’ll gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset, and learn how specific leadership behaviours can create successful organisational change. You'll also learn how to:

• Adapt technology strategy, budgeting and forecasting, acquisition, compliance, and governance processes to flow-based practices using emerging government guidelines
• Organise government programmes into one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and execute in Program Increments (PIs)
• Begin and/or accelerate the SAFe implementation in your business

At the end of this course, you’ll sit the SAFe^® 4 Government Practitioner Exam or SAFe^® 5 Government Practitioner Exam and achieve your certification.
