Overview
On this accelerated Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM 5) course, you’ll learn how to improve your team by facilitating cross-team interactions in support of programme execution.
In just 2 days, you’ll get an introduction to scalable engineering and DevOps practices, the application of Kanban to facilitate the flow of value, and supporting interactions with architects, product management, and other critical stakeholders. You'll also learn how to:
- Apply SAFe principles to support, implement and train a multi-team environment
- Build a high-performing team and foster relentless improvement at scale
- Address Agile and Scrum anti-patterns
At the end of this course, you’ll sit the SASM 5 Exam and achieve your SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification . Through Firebrand’s Lecture | Lab | Review methodology, you’ll get access to courseware, certified instructors, and train in a distraction-free environment.
