PeopleCert - Scrum Master I

Overview

On this accelerated PeopleCert Scrum Master I course, you will learn the fundamentals of Scrum, and be able to utilise the agile framework that helps teams work together to develop, deliver and manage complex software products.

In just 2 days, you’ll learn to help increase team productivity by encouraging team players to learn through experiences, to self-organise and to continuously improve output, you’ll also use scrum to:

• Develop, deliver, and maintain complex software products
• Improve research, sales, marketing, and customer support, amongst others
• Respond to emerging requirements, deliver value quickly and adapt to new market conditions

At the end of this course, you’ll sit the PeopleCert Scrum Master I exam, and achieve your certification.
