Overview
On this accelerated ACAMS Certified Transaction Monitoring Associate (CTMA) course, you’ll learn about transaction monitoring as a core component of an AML, as well as the financial crime compliance programme, and how they can be implemented into your business.
In just 2 days, you’ll also learn about specific risks associated with customer types and products, as well as the difference between unusual and suspicious activity. You’ll also build knowledge on:
- The purpose of transaction monitoring in the context of the risk-based approach, risk assessment, and risk appetite of an institution
- The effectiveness of the transaction monitoring processes, how it is measured and quality, assured
At the end of this course, you’ll sit the ACAMS Certified Transaction Monitoring Associate exam, and achieve your ACAMS CTMA certification.
