Overview
On this accelerated Autodesk Certified Professional course, you’ll build knowledge and the skills to demonstrate your ability to solve complex challenges in workflow and design.
In just 2 days, you’ll apply the basic CAD principles and performed routine tasks involved in their job role with limited assistance from peers, product documentation, and support services. You’ll also build knowledge in:
- Use polar tracking to restrict the cursor movement to specified angles
- Create and edit polylines, arcs, polygons, and splines
- Use the advanced options of the Trim, Extend and Lengthen commands
At the end of this course, you’ll sit Autodesk Certified Professional exam, and achieve your certification. Through Firebrand’s Lecture | Lab | Review methodology, you’ll get access to courseware, learn certified instructors, and train in a distraction-free environment.

Prerequisites
Before attending this accelerated course, you should have knowledge in:
- Technical drawing and design
- The Help system within AutoCAD
- Basic techniques used to create and modify objects with accuracy in an AutoCAD drawing
- Annotation tools, layouts, printing, and alternative outputs
- Organising objects, reusing content, and managing drawings
It is also recommended that you have approximately 1200 hours of real-world AutoCAD software experience and a general understanding of the following topics:
