ABPMP - Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP®)

Overview

The accelerated Association of Business Process Management (ABPMP) Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP®) course, is specifically designed to challenge your knowledge and ability to apply the BPM CBOK® concepts and techniques used to improve business operations and enable organizational transformation.

CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional) is a certification program offered by the Association of Business Process Management Professionals International (ABPMP) to individuals who have demonstrated their knowledge and skills in the field of business process management.

To become a CBPP certified professional, individuals must pass the CBPP certification exam, which consists of 150 multiple-choice questions and must be completed within three hours. The exam tests an individual’s knowledge and skills in business process management and covers topics such as process modelling, process analysis and design, process improvement methodologies, process measurement and analysis, and process governance.

CBPP® certificate is focused on the experienced BPM practitioner. The exam will evaluate an individual’s knowledge and experience based on a rigorous examination and an assessment of work history and education. The Certification program is designed to promote the various competencies and expertise across the disciplines of the business process management profession.

At the end of this course, you’ll sit the ABPMP exam, and achieve your Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP®) certification.
