Overview
On this accelerated SAFe Certified Scaled Agile Framework Leading course, you will learn the importance of advancing business agility in your business by utilising the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) to enhance efficiency, productivity, and communication methods.
In just 2 days, you’ll learn to become a lean-agile leader and coordinate the development of large solutions in your business. You’ll build knowledge on:
- Exploring and implementing lean portfolio management
- Planning and successfully executing program increments
- Building an agile portfolio with lean-agile budgeting
At the end of this course, you’ll sit the SAFe® 5.1 Agilist exam, and achieve your Certified SAFe® Agilist certification. Through Firebrand’s Lecture | Lab | Review methodology, you’ll get access to courseware, learn from certified instructors, and train in a distraction-free environment.
