Overview
Firebrand Training's Official MCSA: Windows 7 - Enterprise Desktop Support Technician course is for you if you use Microsoft Windows 7 as a desktop operating system in an enterprise environment. The course will provide you with knowledge and exposure to the Windows 7 Operating system, and prepare you for the Configuring Windows 7 (70-680) and Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician (70-685) exams.

Prerequisites
Students attending this course should have some experience of working with Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7. They should also possess a basic understanding of networking concepts and computer hardware.
