ISO - 22301 Lead Auditor - Business Continuity Management
Overview
The ISO 22301 Lead Auditor is a PECB (Professional Evaluation and Certification Board) official course.
Get the skills and knowledge needed in order to audit a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) based on the new ISO 22301 certification. This course includes the certification exam, which you'll gain in just three days - 40% faster than traditional training.
What you'll learn during the course
You’ll learn how to manage a team of auditors by using the widely recognised audit principles, procedures and techniques. And how to proficiently plan and perform internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 19011; the certification process according to 17021.
During the course, you’ll develop the skills and competencies necessary to complete an audit. This training is compatible with BS 25999 audit and ISO 27031. You'll learn the following domains:
- Mastering audit techniques
- Managing audit teams and programmes
- Communicating with customers
- Conflict resolution
- Business continuity management specification
- Guidelines for information and communication technology readiness for business continuity
As of March 2023, PECB have partnered with Credly to offer you the chance of earning a digital badge upon completing your certification.
You'll also get one year’s free membership of PECB (Professional Evaluation and Certification Board) - which usually costs around £250.

- Day 3: Audit test plans, closing of an audit, and certification exam

Your certificate is worth 31 CPE (Continuing Professional Education) credits. CPE credits are required to ensure that you (or the person holding the CPA license) are knowledgeable about developments in the industry.

Prerequisites
You should already have an ISO22301 Foundation Certification or basic knowledge of BS 25999 or ISO 27031.
Basic understanding of business continuity concepts is also recommended.
